When I first started Real Estate it was only as a hobby. Mostly my thought was to assist Spanish-speaking people since there are so few Realtors that speak the language in the Clear Lake/Friendswood/Pearland/League City area. Almost immediately I began assisting Sellers and Buyers from different cultures and from every walk of life. After working with First Time Home Buyers, people Relocating, Baby Boomers, College Students, Second Home Buyers, Vacation Home Buyers, and Investors, I found that I had fallen in love with Real Estate and it was no longer a hobby, it became a Passion!
I have worked for two of the Top Producing Companies in the area, Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen and Prudential Gary Greene Realtors and I credit them for the wonderful training I got at the beginning and the ongoing training I received throughout my career. Eventually I decided it was time to venture off on my own. I brought away with me the knowledge and experience I acquired at each company and am able to apply it in my own business to better serve you. I feel that I have worked with the best of the best and will treasure every moment and experience I had with them.
It is essential that all Realtors work together; therefore, I do not see them as competitors but as colleagues. We all have the same goal and that is to assist our clients in purchasing or selling a home with the best representation. I will continue to work full-time as a Broker and Realtor servicing my own clients. No client will be too large or too small. I have assisted buyers and sellers from $30,000 condos to $1,000,000 waterfront homes. Each client regardless of price range will receive the same VIP treatment...No Exceptions!
